Keith has been a technology entrepreneur for his entire career. His first job after college was helping out at the family business for a short time. Then he and his brother Craig made the leap and started Computer Resource Team, Inc., at the Virginia Tech Corporate Research Center. In its early years, CRT focused exclusively on Oracle projects and consulting services. The brothers quickly realized successful growth and expanded the firm to Richmond, VA, in 1997, where Keith expanded the company through its IT staffing services. Under Keith's leadership, the company has weathered two recessions, the "tech bubble", and continues to grow and expand today.

Beth has over 14 years of experience in the IT Staffing industry and joined CRT in April 2010 as a Senior Technical Recruiter. She was promoted to Director of Recruiting a year later. Prior to joining CRT, Beth specialized in process analysis/design and business case development, training, large volume and national account recruiting and support and 3rd party vendor management in increasingly significant roles including Technical Recruiter, Account Manager and National Accounts Centralized Fulfillment Recruiter. Beth's areas of business expertise include Financial Services, Healthcare and Utilities/Energy. Beth has lived in Richmond since 2000 and received her BA in English from the College of William and Mary. .

Meghan's career in technical staffing began in 1998 with Renaissance Worldwide in New York. After she moved to Richmond, Virginia became the Director of Resource Management for a large systems integration company, and then as Director of Consulting Services for a software development company. In January 2010, Meghan joined CRT as a Senior Account Executive and was promoted to Branch Manager and Business Development Manager for the Central Florida region. Meghan brings her strengths of Business Development, Team Building and outstanding customer service to CRT as she builds relationships with companies throughout Central Florida. The region is already experiencing tremendous success and is enjoying servicing new clients in that area. Meghan has her Bachelor's Degree from Susquehanna University and lives in Tampa, FL with her family.

With 13 years of experience in IT, Lori Jennings worked in sales for two of the industry leaders, Cisco and EMC, before finding a long-term career at Computer Resource Team. The Virginia Tech and Virginia Commonwealth University MBA graduate joined the company in June 2002, quickly working her way up and becoming the highly-visible vice president of sales and marketing at the specialized software development and consulting firm. Today, Jennings leads CRT ProSearch, LLC, a subsidiary of CRT focused solely on the permanent placement of IT professionals.
