Contract Hourly
When speed and flexibility are critical, CRT offers hourly pricing based on hours worked approved by our customer. No assignment is considered too short or too long. We have filled customer assignments requiring everything from just a couple days to several months.
Contract-To-Hire
The best way to evaluate a potential long term employee is to try them out on a contract-to-hire basis. After a pre-determined period, the customer may hire the consultant to join their staff as a full-time employee, choose to continue the contract arrangement with the hire option or allow the contract to lapse.
Permanent Placement
